• Organization information. If you belong to an organization (tenant) on Desi Assets, your organization’s administrators may manage your membership, role, and access within that organization.
• Listing content. Organizations publish asset listings that may include descriptions, prices, addresses and coordinates, land area, media (images and videos), and agent contact details. Anything you publish as a listing is public information (see "Public information" below).
• Enquiries. When you use a listing’s Contact Agent form, we collect your name, email address, optionally a phone number, and the message you send, so we can pass it to the relevant agent or organization.

Please do not include sensitive personal information (identity documents, financial account numbers, etc.) in listings or enquiry messages. Information you make public can be viewed, copied, and shared by others.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

• Within your organization. Members and administrators of your organization can see account and listing information that your organization manages.
• With buyers and sellers. Enquiry submissions are passed to the relevant agent/organization; agent contact details appear on public listings.

Listing content can be edited or removed by your organization’s administrators at any time. To request deletion of an account or personal data, contact us at contact@desiassets.com.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to receive a copy of your data in a portable form.

• You can update account details from your profile in the dashboard.
